Dough mixer is the main equipment for making wheaten food which is used to make dough by blending wheat flour and water in proportion as 1:0.38 to 1:0.45. Users can mix cooking oil, sugar and food additives in flour according to their wheaten food processing requirements. Structure features
The HWY series dough mixers(HWY75II, HWY100II and HWY150I) are mainly comprised of rack, flour bucket, automatic bucket flipping mechanism and electrical equipments. Their motors are internally installed and their transmission is composed of worm gear reducers and chain drive. The equipments' structure is compact and dough bucket can automatically flip to specific location controlled by position switches. The action of the main and additive motors such as rotating forward, backward and stop is controlled by control buttons and AC contactors etc. The HWY series dough mixers are ideal equipments of steamed bread or bread making lines.
